Background in sociology, with international master degree in the field of sociology of law, further master degrees in international
law and EU project management. Emanuela has accomplished over 10 years experience as consultant, mostly for public administration
and non for profit organizations in the field of EU project management, with focus on the following areas: youth policies,
youth mobility, employment/employability, local development, employment services. Since 2008 official with permanent
contract in the regional administration, with the function of EU policies expert, now assigned to youth mobility support and to
mobility measures of the youth Guarantee Sardinia.
